Dashboard Virtual Tours: Maximize your State Refor(u)m Experience
We’ve launched a new feature that’s designed to help you use the site more efficiently! State Refor(u)m’s new dashboard is customized to your health reform interests. The dashboard will help you organize materials from the site, find the newest resources, and follow and contact the community’s experts. Each week we’ll hold a virtual tour to help orient you to the new features. Our virtual tours will show you how you can use your dashboard as a one-stop shop for topics, resources, and people most relevant to you and your work. Each tour will be limited to the first 50 participants.
For a map of the dashboard with an explanation of the new features, click here.
If you are unable to attend the live site tour, you can watch an archived recording below:

For individuals living with complex, often chronic conditions, and their families, palliative care can provide relief from symptoms, improve satisfaction and outcomes, and help address critical mental and spiritual needs during difficult times. Now more than ever, there is growing recognition of the importance of palliative care services for individuals with serious illness, such as advance care planning, pain and symptom management, care coordination, and team-based, multi-disciplinary support. These services can help patients and families cope with the symptoms and stressors of disease, better anticipate and avoid crises, and reduce unnecessary and/or unwanted care. While this model is grounded in evidence that demonstrates improved quality of life, better outcomes, and reduced cost for patients, only a fraction of individuals who could benefit from palliative care receive it.
