Super Shuttle
The Super Shuttle is a group shuttle transporting passengers between JAX airport and the downtown hotels. Seats must be reserved prior to arrival, and can be done by clicking HERE. The shuttle pick-up point is at the Taxi, Limousine, and shared-ride booths located on the Lower Level outside of Baggage Claim. Travel time to the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel is approximately 30-40 minutes depending on the number of passengers on board, and the various destinations of passengers. A one-way ticket is $21.00.
Taxi
Taxis are available on the Lower Level outside of baggage claim. The fare is approximately $35.00 each way; travel time is approximately 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.
App-Based Rides Service
Uber and Lyft are authorized to provide pick-up services at JAX. Passengers can make a request once they are located on the terminal curbside. Authorized Transportation Network Companies may drop-off passengers on the Upper Departure Curb only. The airport fee applies to pick-ups only. Signs that state “App-Based Rides Service” are positioned on the Lower Arrival Curb outside Baggage Claim Door 3 and to the right. Always confirm that you are getting in the correct vehicle with the designated driver shown on the app.

For individuals living with complex, often chronic conditions, and their families, palliative care can provide relief from symptoms, improve satisfaction and outcomes, and help address critical mental and spiritual needs during difficult times. Now more than ever, there is growing recognition of the importance of palliative care services for individuals with serious illness, such as advance care planning, pain and symptom management, care coordination, and team-based, multi-disciplinary support. These services can help patients and families cope with the symptoms and stressors of disease, better anticipate and avoid crises, and reduce unnecessary and/or unwanted care. While this model is grounded in evidence that demonstrates improved quality of life, better outcomes, and reduced cost for patients, only a fraction of individuals who could benefit from palliative care receive it.
